The most recent report was published by the Net Freedom Project and recorded 882 criminal prosecutions in 2023 for online publications, posts and reposts. Of the cases, 150 led to imprisonment.
Now, if you’re reading for comprehension (and not just letting words go into your brain) you’ll notice that this only covers “37 police forces across Britain” (I’m never saying YooKay).
Britain has 45 police forces.
Meaning if you divide 12,183 by 37 (to get the average arrests by of a British police force). You get 329.27.
If you now times that figure by 45 (to reflect the missing police forces that did not provide data) you get a stunning 14817.16 people arrested. This of course is something the “fact checkers” could not be bothered to include – that the scale is actually far worse than the initial figure.
Crime doesn’t actually exist – at least not in the boring statistically driven way liberals and conservatives drone on about. Criminals are well known in actual communities. Apprehending them is therefore easy. Everyone knows who the criminal is.

Welsh Communists (1933) Incitement to Mutiny Four communists from Wales were found guilty of distributing a newsletter called The Soldier’s Voice to servicemen at Newport Barracks. They received punishments ranging from 12 months hard labour to three years penal servitude.
